Terms of Service
Commissions
You must be 18 years or older to commission from me.
☆ By sending a request, you agree that you have read my Terms of Service. If at any point these rules are violated, the commission will be cancelled and refunds will be sent depending on the stage the drawing is in. (See: Refunds)
☆ No written character descriptions will be allowed. Any characters must have at least one image that can be used as a reference. Sketches of the idea you want are allowed.
☆ Low quality and watermarked versions will be sent while I work on the drawing. The full resolution will be sent when the drawing is approved and fully paid.
☆ I do not permit my work to be used for AI learning or NFTs.
☆ Complex designs are +10-20% of the drawing price.
☆ Extra characters are +50% of the drawing price.
Payments
☆ Payment must be made via PayPal.
☆ 50% of payment must be made upfront. The last 50% must be sent upon completion of the artwork.
☆ I currently do not accept payment plans. Please make sure you can pay for the artwork in full before sending a request!
Revisions
☆ Major and minor revisions are allowed until the coloring stage of the drawing, only minor revisions are allowed past the coloring stage.
☆ General idea for revisions:
☆ Major revisions: Pose change, hairstyle change, outfit change
☆ Minor revisions: Color/mood change, extra accessories, small expression change, hand pose change, outfit/hair fixes
☆ I will not accept any revisions after the finished high resolution drawing is sent.
Deadlines & Delivery
☆ Turnaround time ranges from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on my workflow and schedule.
☆ I will notify if there are any changes!
☆ Drawings with a specific deadline must be ordered at least 1-2 months in advance. I will not work with shorter deadlines.
Use
☆ All work made is personal use unless commercial use is discussed prior to the start of the commission.
☆ Commercial work (i.e. any work intended for advertisement and/or monetization purposes) is an extra 100% of the commission price. Please notify me in your initial request if you wish to order a drawing for commercial purposes.
Intellectual Property Rights
☆ I retain the right to use the artwork for portfolio and self-promotion purposes.
☆ Hidden works are allowed and will not be used for the purposes listed prior, but they will be an extra +50% of the drawing price.
Refunds
☆ If the artwork is not started on, 100% of payment will be refunded. 50% will be refunded if the sketch is being worked on.
☆ Refunds will not be allowed after lineart is started.
Adoptables
For adoptables, I don't really care what you do with them, but please follow these rules:
☆ You must be 18 years or older before you can buy my designs.
☆ If posted onto Toyhouse, I can be credited under Vampyrhaus.
☆ Do not charge for more than their current worth when selling them (includes personal and commissioned art).
☆ Commercial usage cannot be asked for once the design is no longer in the original owner's possession. (Commercial usage is +100% of the character's initial purchase price.)
