Terms of Service
Commissions
You must be 18 years or older to commission from me.
☆ I have the right to refuse any request.
☆ I take 50% payment upfront and 50% after completion via PayPal.
☆ Previews will be sent as I work, but the high resolution image will only be sent after the final payment is sent.
☆ My art is for personal use. Commercial art is 100% of the total commission price and must be discussed beforehand.
☆ I retain all rights to my art (such as for portfolios, social media posting, and commission advertising).
☆ No written references will be accepted. Please have a sufficient reference image(s) of any kind of the character you want drawn.
☆ I do not offer refunds unless the commission is cancelled before a sketch is drawn.
☆ Turnaround time is roughly one week to two months depending on my schedule and queue. I will notify if there are any changes made.
☆ Major and minor changes can be made while the drawing is being sketched (must not be an excessive amount), after it is lined I will only accept minor changes or color changes. No changes can be made after the drawing is finished.
☆ Please credit me if you choose to post my work anywhere.
☆ I do not consent to the use of my art for AI training or NFT usage.
Adoptables
For adoptables, I am pretty lenient with what you can do with them, but please follow these rules:
☆ You must be 18 years or older before you can buy my designs.
☆ If posted onto Toyhouse, I can be credited under Vampyrhaus.
☆ Do not charge for more than their current worth when selling them (includes personal and commissioned art).
☆ Commercial usage cannot be asked for once the design is no longer in the original owner's possession. (Commercial usage is +100% of the character's initial purchase price.)
